AI Consultant

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. In your role as an AI consultant, you will be responsible for communicating with diverse business stakeholders at our clients, translating their various business needs into scalable and innovative AI solutions. You have a passion for learning and can easily adapt to a rapidly changing environment. You enjoy sinking your teeth in complex problems and leveraging your expertise and creativity to develop state-of-the-art AI solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Understand client objectives and translate them into data and AI driven solutions;
• Explain data and AI solutions in a clear, concise and actionable manner towards business and technical stakeholders;
• Bring data & AI ambitions and the targeted solutions to concrete first steps through the design and realization of MVP’s;
• Data preparation: extract, clean and transform data in order to build high quality datasets for machine learning applications;
• Develop and implement robust end-to-end ML & AI pipelines: take charge of the entire process, starting from data exploration to conducting experiments, training, and validating diverse models with a clear emphasis on reaching a tangible (business) impact;
• Work together with data experts in engineering and governance to ensure your results become structural (technical and way of working);
• Coach other AI-consultants.

Your Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience in solving analytical problems;
• Strong hands-on experience in python and relevant packages such as Pyspark, Scipy, Numpy, Pandas and scikit-learn;
• An excellent mix of statistical knowledge, programming skills and business focus;
• Experience with cloud platforms/providers such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud;
• Experience with deep learning frameworks for computer vision or NLP solutions (TensorFlow, Keras, Pytorch, OpenCV);
• Experience with version control and development environment tools (Git, Conda and pip);
• Experience with CI/CD tools;
• Experience with productizing machine learning applications (MLOps);
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills;
• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment;
• Master’s degree in the field of Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Management, Engineering or any related field;
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French and English.
