We are currently seeking a down-to-earth but forward-thinking domain owner to shape the future of our rapidly growing AI domain.
Your Responsibilities
- End responsibility for successful and high-quality delivery for our clients;
- Foster an authentic and down-to-earth leadership approach, leveraging your expertise and leadership skills to inspire and coach a team of consultants;
- Take on a key position within the management team, actively shaping the future strategies and spearheading growth initiatives in our AI domain and across the entirety of Datashift;
- Assume complete end-to-end ownership for nurturing team growth, client management, and overall advancement of the AI domain, encompassing P&L responsibilities;
- Demonstrate a deep passion for AI, staying abreast of the latest trends and advancements in the field.
- You are the ambassador of Datashift. With your authenticity and genuine passion, you effortlessly inspire and lead people.
Your Qualifications
- 10 to 15 years of consulting experience, including 5 years in leadership roles with commercial responsibilities and client management expertise;
- Possess a strong background in effectively managing and optimizing P&L responsibilities;
- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment;
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
- Master's degree in Informatics, Business Economics, Civil Engineering or Information Management;
- Fluent in Dutch and/or French and English.
