Office Assistant

Introduction

As an Office Assistant within a growing company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our organization’s daily operations. Your task encompasses a wide range of responsibilities aimed at maintaining an efficient and organized office environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Facility manager/coordinator of our offices in Mechelen and Leuven.
• Thinking along and shaping the process automations
• Managing and scheduling several projects (events, trips, …)
• Passionate about planning and being well organized
• Contributing to the onboarding of new colleagues
• Transferring the necessary information to the team
• Performing various administrative tasks
• Be proficient with office 365

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A dynamic, proactive, self-reliant, motivated and versatile person
• An entrepreneurial mindset and can-do-mentality is key
• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
• Fluent in Dutch and English (knowledge of another language is an asset)

Your Growth Path

• While we grow, you will evolve more and more towards a point of contact for Datashift (regarding human resources)
• Gradually, you’ll be able to work towards more responsibilities.
• You will be able to have an immediate impact on internal processes and the shape of information flows
