Datashift is opening a new office on the Coupure in Ghent this month. It is already the third location, in addition to its headquarters in Mechelen and a workplace in Leuven. The satellite office in Ghent should lower the threshold for office work for colleagues from the region, attract new talent and reduce the distance for potential customers in East and West Flanders.

The new office in coworking 'Kohezie' on the Coupure, which can accommodate 20 consultants, has opened its doors in the beginning of April, bringing Datashift closer to its employees. "We want to make the threshold for colleagues from East and West Flanders to work in the office as low as possible," states CEO Nico Huybrechts. "We attach great importance to team spirit, togetherness and the dynamics of working together. By creating a perfect setting with an eye for cosiness and character, we ensure that colleagues enjoy coming to the office."

On Ghent's inland waterfront, Datashift also sits at the source for young talented data specialists from the region, graduating from the various relevant higher education programmes in Ghent. The opening of the new office also reduces the distance for Datashift to existing clients in the region and even more companies in West and East Flanders looking for no-nonsense data optimisation.
