Datashift Ghent reaches new heights: A move to the iconic Schelde II

When we first opened our Ghent satellite office, Mayor Matthias De Clercq welcomed us by calling it a "smart move." He was right. Since then, the Ghent tech scene has flourished, and so has our local team.
Scaling with purpose
The move comes as a natural progression. Our colleagues that frequent the office in Ghent realized we were outgrowing our space. After gathering input from the whole team and scouting several locations, one path stood out: moving to the 6th floor of the Schelde II.
This iconic building serves as a gateway to the city, perfectly positioned near the Schelde and surrounded by other major technology players. It represents exactly where Datashift stands today: no emerging player, but the largest independent data and AI agency in the Benelux.
The best of both worlds
Our new home on the 6th floor offers a private, comfortable workspace for many colleagues, complete with an inspiring view. But while we are gaining our own dedicated space, we aren't leaving our roots behind; we remain closely connected with a coworking community, Settlers.
Future-proof and accessible
Growth is only sustainable if it’s practical. By moving to the outskirts while keeping the city center within reach, we’ve solved the "Ghent commute" puzzle. With plenty of parking and immediate highway access, the office is now more attractive than ever. And not just for our Ghentians, but for colleagues and clients visiting from across the country.
As we settle into our new surroundings, our mission remains the same: helping organizations make the shift to data-driven success.
