Recruiter

Not an easy job, but in this role you help us finding the right Datashifters, the right "purple" people.

Your Responsibilities

As a recruiter, you will:

• look for and acquiring the right candidates for the jobs / vacancies that are open (don't worry, you'll not get bored)

• help manage the entire recruitment process, from first contact to interviewing and onboarding

• play a vital role in getting Datashift known far and wide in the candidate landscape

• help organize events directed towards potential candidates

• work on your own topics and projects to further optimize our recruitment and selection initiatives

• work together with great colleagues

• be ready to grow far beyond the initial responsibilities listed above!

Your qualifications

• You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree.

• Ideally, you have 1–6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, or similar experience through an internship, preferably with a focus on data, IT, or engineering.

• You have strong communication skills.

• You are fluent in Dutch and English.

• You are flexible in your mindset and eager to help build a bigger story.

• You have a creative and entrepreneurial spirit.

• You thrive in a dynamic environment that challenges you to adapt and think on your feet.

• You don’t shy away from responsibilities.

• Any expertise you bring along is always appreciated — we’re smart, but we love adopting best practices.
